These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Color AI mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Color AI is a relaxation and creativity app: a library of coloring pages, a painting canvas with brushes, palettes and symmetry tools, printable coloring books, and AI features that turn text descriptions or your photos into colorable line art. The free version is supported by ads; a paid subscription ("Pro") and consumable credits are available.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App or its content library.
Pro subscription. Pro is offered as an auto-renewable weekly or yearly subscription, which may include a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or after the trial ends). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase.
Credits. Credits are consumable in-app purchases used for AI generations (one credit per successful generation; failed generations are not charged). Purchased credits do not expire but have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Pro includes bonus daily credits that reset each day and do not accumulate.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies at support.apple.com.
AI-generated pages are produced by machine-learning models and may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect. You agree not to submit prompts or photos that are unlawful; that infringe someone else's rights (including privacy and intellectual-property rights); that depict or seek to create sexual content involving minors, hateful, or violent content; or that attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the AI service. You must have the right to use any photo you upload. We apply automated moderation and fair-use rate limits and may restrict access for abuse.
You keep any rights you have in photos you upload and in the artworks you create. To operate the AI features, you grant us a limited license to transmit and process your submitted content solely to generate your requested output. To the extent permitted by law, AI-generated line art is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial creative use within the App (coloring, saving, sharing, printing your own copies).
The coloring pages, palettes, textures and artwork in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for personal use inside the App, including printing pages for your own coloring. They may not be resold or redistributed.
The free version displays advertising served by third parties. Ad content is the responsibility of the advertiser. Pro removes ads.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the App, its content library, prices for future purchases, and these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected on this page with a new date; continued use after changes means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time; cancelling a subscription stops future renewals.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App publisher resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence grants you mandatory consumer protections.
